The Factory Links KTM rear wheel bearing and seal kit services the original rear hub on the compatible KTM, Husqvarna, GasGas and Husaberg motorcycles listed below. Designed for off-road use, it gives Australian enduro, trail and motocross riders a matched bearing and seal replacement for a worn or contaminated hub.

KTM Rear Wheel Bearing Kit Benefits

• Deep-groove ball bearings support smooth wheel rotation.

• Marine-grade grease helps resist moisture and corrosion.

• NBR double-lip oil seals help protect the hub from water, mud and grit.

• Supplies the bearings and seals for one compatible wheel.

Ideal For

Use this KTM rear wheel bearing kit during routine hub maintenance or when inspection confirms rough bearings, excess play or damaged seals. It suits the original hub specification on the listed bikes, including the compatible Husqvarna, GasGas and Husaberg applications.

Specifications

• Brand: Factory Links

• Series: OEM Series

• Contents: Two bearings and two oil seals, as pictured

• Rear-hub application: Selected KTM, Husqvarna, GasGas and Husaberg models

• Wheel, hub, axle and wheel spacers are not included

Installation & Care

Check the bearing seats, axle and spacers before installing the new parts. A worn spacer surface can damage a new seal, so inspect the contact area carefully. Use a bearing driver or press that supports the correct race and follow the motorcycle workshop manual. Do not hammer through the rolling elements. Reassemble the original spacer arrangement, fit the seals squarely and tighten the axle to the specified torque. Check for smooth rotation and free play before riding. Use a qualified motorcycle technician if you are unsure.

Fitment Notes

Match the model year, hub and seal specification, especially on special editions or bikes with replacement wheels. This KTM rear wheel bearing kit must not be selected by engine capacity alone. Later full-size KTM and Husqvarna hubs, and later GasGas applications, use different kits. The 2025-onward 85 cc hub generation is excluded from this listing because its OEM seal specification differs from the earlier hub. Registration year can differ from model year.

Additional Front Wheel Applications

Factory Links also lists this part for the FRONT wheel on selected BMW HP4, K1200, K1300, K1600, S1000R, S1000RR and S1000XR models, plus Kawasaki KLE1000 Versys LT (2021–2024). These are separate, model-specific front-wheel applications. Contact CCES to confirm the exact model and year before ordering for one of these bikes.

Why This Product?

This KTM rear wheel bearing kit replaces the bearings and seals together, so a fresh seal can help protect the serviced assembly. Correct fitment and installation matter as much as the new components. Inspect the surrounding hub parts and resolve any damage rather than fitting new bearings into a worn assembly.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does it service both wheels?

No. The supplied parts service one compatible wheel. Most listed off-road applications use it at the rear; the separate road-bike applications above use it at the front.

Are wheel spacers included?

No. The pictured kit contains two bearings and two seals. Replace worn spacers separately.

Will it fit a newer bike with an older wheel?

Check the wheel’s actual hub, spacer and seal specification. The motorcycle model alone does not confirm fitment after a wheel conversion.
