Central Coast Enduro Store (“we”, “us”, “our”) ships Australia-wide using trusted courier and postal services. All orders are packed as quickly as possible to get your gear to you fast.
• Orders placed before 2:00 PM AEST are usually processed the same business day.
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
• During sales or peak periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer.
The $165 free-shipping threshold applies to eligible orders delivered to NSW, VIC, QLD, ACT and SA. Eligibility is calculated on the order value after any coupon discounts. Selected heavy items are excluded from free shipping and attract their applicable freight charges regardless of order value.

If your parcel is delayed or appears lost, contact us and we will lodge an investigation with the carrier. Please allow sufficient time for carriers to update tracking information during busy periods.
